Pull the right side of the shaft in the

Retard roller module

 

direction of arrow (1), and hold it

 

 

there.

Pull the retard roller module in the

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

direction of arrow (2), and then

 

 

 

remove it.

Take out the retard roller module in the

optional “Roller Exchange Kit

(KV-SS044)”.

Call 1-800-346-4768 (U.S.A. only) or your dealer.

13 Pull the right side of the shaft in the direction of arrow (1) and hold it there.

Retard roller module

Attach the new retard roller module as shown in the direction of arrow (2). Return the right side of the shaft as shown in the direction of arrow (3).

•Confirm if pin A and pin B are inserted in their notches correctly.

•Attach the retard roller module so that the notch A is on the left side.

When the pin is not inserted in the notch properly, it may cause double feeding or a paper jam.
