Important Information:
The KX-HCM10 Network Camera is designed to work with 10 Mbps networks, cable modems or DSL Internet connections.
If the Network Camera is used with a 56K Internet dial-up connection the available bandwidth may not be adequate to allow motion video to work properly. In this case, we suggest using regularly refreshed JPEG image captures (No.2 on Top page) until the connection can be increased. On some networks the available bandwidth maybe intentionally restricted to lock out streaming audio or video services.
In these cases you may not be able to see motion video. Here again we suggest using regularly refreshed still JPEG image captures.
