Making Calls

Using the incoming call log group

Select “INCOMING

LOG-GRP GROUP NO.?”.

ICD Group	ENTR
extension no.

Dial Incoming Call	Press S1.	Select the
Distribution Group		desired item.
extension number.

Press	Talk.	Press
TALK.		CANCEL.

• An outside number stored with a name in the PS dialling directory will be displayed by number and name in the call log.

Quick Dialling		You can make a call simply by pressing the
	QUICK DIAL
		preprogrammed number for quick dialling.
PS Dialling		You can make a call using the numbers
	PS-DIALER
Directory		stored in the PS Dialling Directory.
System Speed		You can make a call using the numbers
Dialling	PBX-SYS-DIALER
		stored in the Business Telephone System.
Directory
Extension		You can make a call using the extension
Number	PBX-EXT-DIALER	names stored in the Business Telephone
Directory		System.
