Product service
1. D amage requiring servic e – The unit should be servic ed by
qualifi ed service personnel if:
(a) Th e AC power supply cord or AC adaptor h as been
damaged; or
(b) O bjects or liquids have gotten i nto the unit; or
(c) The unit has been exposed to ra in; or
(d) Th e unit does not operate normal ly or exhibits a marked
change in performance; or
(e) Th e unit has been dropped or the c abinet damaged.
2. Servicing − Do not attempt to ser vice the unit beyond that
described in these operat ing instructions. Refer all o ther
servicing to authorized se rvicing personnel.
3. Replacem ent parts − When parts nee d replacing ensure
the servicer uses parts s pecifi ed by the manufacturer or
parts that have the same charac teristics as the original
parts. Unauthorized subst itutes may result in fi re, electric
shock, or other hazards.
4. Safety check − After repairs o r service, ask the servic er to
perform safety checks to co nfi rm that the unit is in proper
working condition.
The servicer will require a ll components to service yo ur system.
Therefore, should servic e ever be necessary, be sure to bring
the entire system.
