and which product was delivere d to you in new condition in the origin al packaging.

LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
This warranty ONLY COVERS failures due to de fects in materials or workmansh ip, and DOES NOT COVER normal wear and tear or c osmetic
damage. The warranty ALSO DOES NOT COVE R damages which occurred in shi pment, or failures which are cau sed by products not supplied
by Panasonic Canada Inc., or failure s which result from accidents, m isuse, abuse, neglect, misha ndling, misapplication, a lteration, faulty
installation, set-up adjust ments, misadjustment of cons umer controls, improper main tenance, power line surge, lightn ing damage, modifi cation,
introduction of sand, humid ity or liquids, commercial u se such as hotel, offi ce, restaurant, or other busine ss or rental use of the product, or
service by anyone other than a Auth orized Servicer, or damage that is a ttributable to acts of God.
Dry cell batteries are also exclu ded from coverage under this warra nty.
THIS EXPRESS, LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF A LL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDI NG ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FO R A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL PANASONI C CANADA INC. BE
LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONS EQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PROD UCT OR ARISING
OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARR ANTY. (As examples, this warranty exc ludes damages for lost time, trave l to
and from the Authorized Servic er, loss of or damage to media or images , data or other memory or record ed content. This list of items is not
exhaustive, but for illustration on ly.)
