Parasound Limited Warranty (USA only)

YourParasoundD/AC-800is coveredby a limitedwarrantyagainstdefectsin materialsand workmanshipfor aperiodof two yearsfrom dateof purchase.Thiswarrantyis providedby the Parasounddealerwheretheunit waspurchasedWarranty.repairwill beperformedonlywhen yourpurchasereceiptis presentedto validateyourownership,dateof purchaseandauthorized statusof thesellingdealer.Defectivepartswill berepairedor replacedwithoutchargeby your authorizeddealer'sstoreor thelocationdesignatedby yourdealerthatis authorizedto service Parasoundequipment.Additionalinfonnationis availableby callingor writing to theService Manager,ParasoundProducts,Inc. at theaddressbelow. Chargesfor unauthorizedserviceand transportationcostsarenot reimbursableunderthiswarranty.

This warranty becomesvoid if the product hasbeendamagedby alteration, misuse,accidentor neglect. Alteration includes any removal, obscurationor defacementof its serial number. This warranty becomesvoid if unit hasbeenconnectedor operatedcontrary to printed instructions.

The warrantor assumesno liability for property damageor any other incidental or consequential damagewhatsoeverwhich may result from the failure of this product. Any and all warrantiesof merchantabilityand fitnessimplied by law are limited to the duration of this expressedwarranty.

Somestatesdo not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts,so the above limitations may not apply to you. Somestatesdo not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequentialdamages,so the abovelimitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
