VIEWING A SPECIFIC CAMERA
When you select a camera, its video stream is sent to the video pane with the green border. For example, if your display is set to a 2x2 layout and
the upper left video pane is selected, you can select any camera to display in this video pane. Follow the instructions below to display video for a
specific camera in any video pane or to display a specific camera and switch to full-screen mode.

To view a camera in a specific video pane:
NOTE: The instructions in this manual refer to the DVR5100 Control Pad. An optional KBD5000 keyboard or U SB PC keyboard and mouse also can
be used to operate the DVR5100 instead of the Control Pad. Refer to Understanding DVR Controls and Menus on page 13 for alternate keystrokes
if you any of these devices.
1. In the live video mode, use the joystick to navigate to the selected video pane. A green border surrounds the video pane.
2. On the Panel Keypad, press Menu . The DVR5100 menu appears. The DVR5100 will display the last menu that was opened. In the
figure below, the main menu is shown.

3. Use the joystick or jog (inner dial) to navigate to the Cameras icon, and then press Enter/Shift . The Camera menu appears.
