ABOUT TAB
Click the About tab (refer to Figure 9) to access basic camera information. If the camera is connected to the PC correctly, the following camera
information appears:
• Serial number
• Part number
• Software version
• Firmware version
This information needs to be provided when contacting Pelco Product Support.
