4 Turn the camera on.

• It is recommended to use the optional AC adapter kit K-AC122 if you intend to use the camera for a long time (p.35).

•Depending on the country or region, images and movie files may fail to be played back if the video output format is set differently from the one in use there. If this happens, change the video output format setting (p.185).

•The camera display turns off while the camera is connected to AV equipment.

•Volume cannot be adjusted with the zoom lever while the camera is connected to AV equipment.

•When the camera is connected to an AV equipment, you can forward/ reverse the images with the remote control (optional).
