Displaying Shooting Information in Capture Mode

You can display shooting information on the LCD monitor when taking pictures. The display mode can be changed by pressing the DISPLAY button.

Histogram Display

The brightness distribution of the image is displayed. The horizontal axis shows the brightness (darkest at the left end and brightest at the right end) and the vertical axis shows the number of pixels.

Display Off

No shooting information is displayed.

The focus frame appears in Autofocus mode.

If any of the modes are changed, such as the flash mode, the mode you have changed appears for a few seconds.

LCD Monitor Off

The LCD monitor turns off.

• The display cannot be turned off in Q, C, G, F or D mode.

The histogram cannot be displayed in Q mode.
