Use this function to take pictures that are intentionally overexposed or underexposed.

EV Compensation is registered on the four-way controller (45) in the Custom Function default settings in Capture mode, enabling you to change the EV setting without displaying the menu (1p.121) .

The AE metering mode is either center-weighted or spot when the EV setting is adjusted.
