DS specifications

The Perlick DS (Draft Systems) series is renowned for its cutting-edge design, innovative technologies, and high-performance characteristics that cater to the needs of commercial establishments and beer enthusiasts alike. As a leader in the beer dispensing industry, Perlick has established a solid reputation for creating equipment that provides both aesthetics and functionality, making the DS series a go-to choice for bars, restaurants, and breweries.

One of the standout features of the Perlick DS series is its revolutionary forward-sealing faucet technology. Unlike traditional faucets that can trap beer in the spout, leading to stale flavors and waste, the forward-sealing design keeps the lines cleaner and reduces oxidation. This results in a superior pour, preserving the beer's freshness from the keg to the glass. Additionally, the faucets are easy to clean, promoting better hygiene and maintenance standards.

Another key characteristic of the DS series is its versatility in installation and configuration. The systems are designed to integrate seamlessly into a variety of settings, whether it's a sleek bar front, a sophisticated restaurant, or a bustling brewery. The modular design allows for customization in the number of taps and configuration, ensuring it meets the unique needs of any establishment.

Moreover, the Perlick DS systems are built with durability in mind. Crafted from high-quality stainless steel, the equipment is both corrosion-resistant and easy to maintain, ensuring it stands up to the rigors of a busy environment. The robust construction also guarantees longevity, making it a wise investment for businesses that rely on consistent performance.

A notable technological advancement in the DS series is the incorporation of advanced cooling solutions. This includes options for glycol and forced-air cooling, which help maintain optimal beer temperatures from keg to tap. Precise temperature control is essential for delivering the best flavor and carbonation levels, positioning Perlick as a leader in quality control.

Finally, the aesthetic appeal of the Perlick DS series cannot be overlooked. With sleek lines and stylish finishes, the draft systems enhance the overall ambiance of any setting. Whether vying for a contemporary look or a more classic design, there is a DS model that fits the theme perfectly.

In summary, the Perlick DS series combines innovative technology, exceptional performance, versatility, and aesthetic appeal, making it an ideal choice for those looking to elevate their beer dispensing experience. With features designed to enhance freshness, ease of use, and durability, the DS series sets a high standard in the industry.
