Zoek het beste stimulansniveau voor uw huisdier

Belangrijk: start altijd op het laagste stimulansniveau en ga zo omhoog.

De Remote Trainer heeft 8 verschillende stimulansniveaus. Zo kunt u de stimulans kiezen die het best is voor uw huisdier.

Nadat u de halsbandontvanger op uw huisdier hebt aangebracht, zoekt u het beste stimulansniveau. Dit wordt het herkenningsniveau genoemd.

Een lichte verandering in het gedrag van uw huisdier, zoals nieuwsgierig rondkijken, krabben aan zijn halsband of het schudden van de oren, geeft het beste herkenningsniveau aan.

Volg de onderstaande stappen om het herkenningsniveau van uw huisdier te vinden:

1.Begin bij niveau 1 op de intensiteitsknop en druk constant gedurende 1 tot 2 seconden op de bovenste knop.

2.Als uw huisdier niet reageert, herhaalt u verscheidene keren het stimulansniveau voordat u naar een hoger niveau gaat.

3.Herhaal elke stimulans verscheidene keren voordat u naar het volgende niveau gaat.

4.Ga door de stimulansniveaus totdat uw huisdier geloofwaardig reageert op de stimulans.

5.Als uw huisdier nog steeds niet reageert op niveau 8, controleert u of de halsbandontvanger goed zit. Als uw huisdier lang of dik haar heeft, vervangt u de contactpunten door de langere set. Ga vervolgens terug naar 1 en herhaal de procedure. Als dit nog steeds geen resultaten oplevert, moet het haar van uw huisdier worden bijgeknipt rond de contactpunten.

Als al deze stappen zijn uitgevoerd en uw huisdier nog steeds geen reactie vertoont op de stimulans, gaat u naar de alinea “Instructies voor testlampje”.

Als na het uitvoeren van al deze stappen uw huisdier aangeeft dat hij de stimulans niet voelt, dient u contact op te nemen met de klantendienst of naar onze website te gaan

Resetten van de halsbandontvanger

Om de halsbandontvanger te resetten zodat deze met een nieuwe afstandszender werkt of om een nieuwe halsbandontvanger te programmeren zodat deze met uw bestaande afstandszender werkt:

1.Zet de halsbandontvanger uit.

2.Houd de Aan/uit-knop ingedrukt totdat het indicatorlampje van de ontvanger gaat branden en de halsbandontvanger 5 keer piept.

3.Blijf de Aan/uit-knop indrukken totdat het indicatorlampje van de ontvanger uit gaat.

4.Houd de bovenste knop op de afstandszender ingedrukt totdat het indicatorlampje van de ontvanger 5 keer knippert. Het is mogelijk dat u beide eenheden 60 tot 90 cm uit elkaar moet houden voordat dit gebeurt. Als het indicatorlampje van de ontvanger vijf (5) keer heeft geknippert, is de halsbandontvanger gereset. Als het indicatorlampje van de ontvanger niet 5 keer knippert, start u opnieuw en herhaalt u de procedure.
