How to read TELETEXT

EPressthe TELETEXTebutton to switch the TXT decoder
onand off. The TV-VIDEO Combi is now receiving the TXT
ofthe TV channel currently selected.
ETostore the current page, press the OK button.
Thenext time you call up TELETEXT, you will
automaticallyturn to this page.
EIfyou want to select an other page, type in the number of
thepage with the digit buttons 0-9 .With the colour
buttonson your remote control you can directly select
thepage numbers/chapters shown at the bottom of the
TVscreen.

Extra TELETEXT functions

Touse the extra TELETEXT functions,press the MENUbutton,
whenyou are in TELETEXT.
EToenlarge the print, select the symbol ’g’ and confirm
withthe OK button.
EToswitch off the TELETEXT decoder temporarily, select
thesymbol ’d’ and confirm with the OK button.
ETocall up a TELETEXT sub-page:
aSelectthe symbol ’}’ and confirm with the OK
button.
bEnterthe page number of the sub-page with the
0-9 -buttons(e.g.: 0123).
ETocall up concealed information, select the symbol ’b’
andconfirm with the OK button.
ETostop the pages from being turned over, select the
symbol’f’ and confirm with the OK button.
EToshow TELETEXT transparently,select the symbol ’-’
andconfirm with the OK button.

Parental control

Thisfunction will prevent unauthorised use of your TV-VIDEO
Combi.All button-functions will be locked.
DYoucan make programmed recordings while the parental
controlis on.
aPressthe MENUbutton. The main menuwill appear.
bSelectthe line ’Setup’ with the Bor Abuttonand
confirmwith the Cbutton.

DIfa button is pressed with activated parental
control,’Parental Control active’ will
appearin the display.
DIfyou want to eject a cassette with activated
parentalcontrol, press the STOPhbutton several
seconds.
