Switch other devices to standby

If you connect an E asyLink- compliant dev ice
that has speaker s, you can get the most ou t
of those speaker s if you listen to TV audio
through them.
If the connecte d device is HDMI-ARC
compliant, an d you connect the device
through an HD MI ARC connector, you can
output TV a udio through the HDMI c able.
You do not need an additional audio cable.
1 Press the green button.
2 Select [Switch off unused sources], t hen
press OK.
»All connected EasyLink devices are
switched to standby.

Retain picture quality

If your TV pict ure quality is affect ed by the
picture-processing features of other devices,
switch on Pixel Pl us Link.
1 Press .
2 Select [Setup] > [TV settings] >
[EasyLink] > [Pixel Plus Link] > [On],
then press OK.

Hear TV audio through another

device

If you connect an E asyLink- compliant dev ice
that has speaker s, you can get the most ou t

through them.
If the connecte d device is HDMI-ARC
compliant, an d you connect the device
through an HD MI ARC connector, you can
output TV a udio through the HDMI c able.
You will not need an additional audio cable.
1 Make sure that the EasyLink-compliant
device is connec ted through an HDMI
ARC connector (see ‘Back connections’
on page 34).
2 Press .
3 Select [Setup] > [TV settings] >
[EasyLink] > [HDMI1 - audio out], then
press OK.
4 Select one of th e following, then press
OK.
 [On]: Hear the T V audio through
the connecte d EasyLink device. You
cannot hear the T V audio through
the TV speake rs or through devices
connected thr ough the digital aud io
out connector.
 [Off] : Hear the TV au dio through
the TV speake rs, or through a device
connected thr ough the digital aud io
out connector.
