5 Troubleshooting
This section describes commonly encountered issues and accompanying solutions.
Picture issues
The TV is on, but there is no picture:
•• Check that the [Blank Channel] feature is disabled in the PBS setup menu. Select [Blank Channel] > [Off] to enable picture display on the TV.
PBS feature inactive
The PBS mode is not active:
•• Check that the PBS mode has been activated by selecting [PBS Mode] > [On].
•• Save the TV settings and turn the TV off and on again.
No access to PBS setup menu
The PBS setup mode cannot be accessed using the guest remote control:

SETUP.
Guest RC does not work
The guest remote control does not work:
•• Check that the remote control is not locked. Select [Control Settings] > [RC Lock] > [Off] to enable the remote control.
