Disposal of your old product and batteries
Your product is designe d and manufactured
with high quali ty materials and compo nents,
which can be recycl ed and reused.
When this crossed -out wheeled bin sy mbol
is attached to a pr oduct it means that th e
product is covere d by the European Direc tive
2002/96/EC . Please inform yourse lf about the
local separate co llection system fo r electrical
and electroni c products.
Please act accor ding to your local rules and
do not dispose of your old pr oducts with your
normal household waste.
Correct dis posal of your old product he lps to
prevent potentia l negative consequences fo r
the environmen t and human health.
Your product contain s batteries covered by
the European Dir ective 2006/66/EC , which
cannot be disposed w ith normal household
waste.
Please inform your self about the local r ules
on separate colle ction of batterie s because
correct disp osal helps to prevent nega tive
consequences for the e nvironmental and
human health.
Risk of injury, fi re or power cord damage!
Never place the TV o r any objects on the
power cord.
To disconnect the TV powe r cord easily
from the power outle t, ensure that you
have full access to the power co rd at all
times.
When you disconnec t the power cord,
always pull the plug , never the cable.
Disconnect the T V from the power
outlet and anten na before lightning
storms. Dur ing lightning storm s, never
touch any part of th e TV, power cord or
antenna cable.
Risk of hearing da mage! Avoid using
earphones or hea dphones at high
volumes or for prolonge d periods of time.
If the TV is tra nsported in temper atures
below 5°C, unpack the T V and wait
until the TV tem perature matches ro om
temperatur e before connecting the T V to
the power outlet .
Screen care
Avoid stationar y images as much as
possible. Statio nary images are images
that remain on-s creen for extended
periods of time. E xamples include:
on-screen menu s, black bars and time
displays. If you mus t use stationary
images, reduce sc reen contrast an d
brightness to avoid s creen damage.
Unplug the TV befo re cleaning.
Clean the TV and f rame with a soft,
damp cloth. Never us e substances such as
alcohol, chemica ls or household cleaner s
on the TV.
Risk of damage to the T V screen! Never
touch, push, rub o r strike the screen w ith
any object.
To avoid deformations and colou r fading,
wipe off water dr ops as soon as possible.
