Use a Kensington lock
There is a Kensington security slot at the back
of the TV. Prevent theft by looping a Kensington
lock between the slot and a permanent object,
such as a heavy table.

Disable remote control pass-through

1 Enable one-touch p lay and one-touch
standby bet ween easylink complia nt
devices by following the i nstructions
in the previous section (see ‘Enable or
disable EasyL ink’ on page 31 ).
2 Press ( Home).
3 Press to select a device wi th
HDMI connecto r from your home menu.
4 Press OPTIONS .
5 Press to select [Disable RC pass] and
press OK.
RC pass-through is disabled on the »
selected device.
Note
Easylink comp liant device must be con nected •
to the TV via HDM I connector.

Access menu after enabling RC pass-

through

1 Enable remote cont rol pass-through by
following the instr uctions in the previ ous
section .
2 Press to select a device th at has
been enabled to sup port RC pass-
through and pres s OK to enter.
3 Press OPTIONS to acce ss one of the
following menus for T V or the active
device connecte d to the TV:
•[TV setup]Accesses menus to
change picture , sound and other
settings.
•[Clock]Di splays the clock on the TV
screen.
•[TV speakers]Turns T V speakers
on or off. Settin g TV speakers
to automatic mode tu rns off the
speakers when co ntent from an
EasyLink-compliant home theatre
system is detec ted.
