When stand mounting t he TV, use only
the supplied stand. S ecure the stand to
the TV tightly. Place the T V on a at, level
surface that can suppo rt the combined
weight of the TV and the st and.
When wall mounting the T V, use only a
wall mount that can suppor t the weight of
the TV. Secure the wall moun t to a wall
that can support th e combined weight of

Risk of injury to children!
Follow these precautio ns to prevent the
TV from toppling over and c ausing injury to
children:
Never place the TV on a sur face covered
by a cloth or other material th at can be
pulled away.
Ensure that no part of th e TV hangs over
the edge of the surface.
Never place the TV on tall f urniture (such
as a bookcase) without anc horing both
the furniture and T V to the wall or a
suitable suppor t.
Educate children abou t the dangers of
climbing on furnitur e to reach the TV.
Risk of overheating!
Never install the TV i n a conned space.
Always leave a space of at least 4 i nches
or 10 cm around the TV for venti lation.
Ensure curtains or o ther objects never
cover the ventilation slots o n the TV.
Risk of damage to the TV!
Before you connect the T V to the power
outlet, ensure that t he power voltage
matches the value printe d on the back
of the TV. Never connect the T V to the
power outlet if the voltag e is different.
Risk of injury, re or power cord damage!
Never place the TV or any obje cts on the
power cord.
To easily disconnect the TV powe r cord
from the power outlet, e nsure that you
have full access to the power cord at all
times.

Never expose the TV to ra in or water.
Never place liquid containe rs, such as
vases, near the TV. If liqu ids are spilt on
or into the TV, disconnect th e TV from
the power outlet immedia tely. Contact
Philips Consumer Care to h ave the TV
checked before use.
Never place the TV, remote contr ol or
batteries near nake d ames or other heat
sources, including dir ect sunlight.
To prevent the spread of re, keep
candles or other ames away f rom the
TV, remote control and bat teries at all
times.
Never insert objec ts into the ventilation
slots or other openings on t he TV.
When the TV is swivel ed ensure that
no strain is exer ted on the power cord.
Strain on the power cord can l oosen
connections and cause ar cing.
Risk of short circuit or re!
Never expose the remote cont rol or
batteries to rain , water or excessive heat.
Avoid force coming onto power plugs .
Loose power plugs can cause ar cing or
re.
Risk of injury or damage to th e TV!
Two people are required to lif t and carry
a TV that weighs more than 55 l bs.
