Recommendations for Maintenance Frequency

The following table is the recommended maintenance schedule for your C3 monitor. The maintenance checklist appears in the next section of this chapter. The checklist may be photocopied and should be completed by the maintainer. It should be filed for future reference. The owner of the equipment is responsible for the performance of the maintenance activities with the schedule below.

Functional testing	When functional defects in	“Functionality Assurance”on page 4-3

Performance Assurance	At least once every year, or	“Performance Assurance Test”on page

Replace backlight	20,000 hours (about 4	“Replacing the Backlight Tube”on
