Replacing the filters and resetting the appliance

Tip: Place the appliance against a wall for more stability when you remove or insert filters. 

1Switch off the appliance and unplug it.

2Follow the instructions in chapter ‘Before first use’, section ‘Placing the filters’ to remove old filters and place new filters.

Note: Always use a new filter to replace an old filter.

Note: Make sure you reattach the front panel properly.

3Put the plug in the wall socket.

4Press the on/off button to switch on the appliance.

,, The speed light under the filter number concerned and the REPLACE FILTER lights still flash or still light up continuously when you switch on the appliance.

,, If the appliance was locked before you replaced the filter or filters, the appliance is still locked.

5Reset the appliance to switch off the filter replacement indication or

to unlock the appliance

-- Press and hold the SPEED button for 3 seconds

-- You hear a ding-ding sound to indicate that the appliance has been

reset.

Note: Make sure the appliance is switched on when you reset it.
