Setup Menu
SPDIF setup
In this menu, you can set up digital audio format outputing from coaxial and
optical terminals.
1 Press SYSTEM MENU to enter the SETUP menu.
2 Press the 34 keys to choose the SPDIF SETUP menu.
3 Press OK.
NOTE:
SPDIF is the abbreviation of Sony Philips Digital Interface which is a protocol of digital data transfering.
SPDIF OUT setup
1 Press the 34 keys to highlight the SPDIF OUT item.
2 Press OK to open its submenu.
3 Enter its submenu by pressing the 2 key.
4 Press the 34 keys to highlight the selected item.
➜ RAW: Original digital signals output.
➜ PCM: Convert to PCM signals to output.
5 Press OK.
6 Press the 1 key and return to the SPDIF SETUP menu.
LPCM 96K mode
In this menu, you can set up sampling rate to decode LPCM audio.
1 Press the 34 keys to highlight the LPCM 96K item.
2 Press OK to open its submenu.
3 Enter its submenu by pressing the 2 key.
4 Move the cursor by pressing the 34 keys to highlight the selected item.
➜ ON: Detect the loading disc for appropriate sampling rate.
➜ OFF:The decoding process is under the sampling rate of 48KHz.
5 Press OK.
6 Press the 1 key to return to the SPDIF SETUP menu.
