Hearing safetyListen at a mod erate volume.
Using headp hones at a high volum e can impair your hea ring. This prod uct •

Sound can be d eceiving. Over ti me your hearing ‘comfo rt level’ adap ts •
to higher vol umes of sound. So af ter prolonged lis tening, what so unds
‘normal ’ can actually be l oud and harmful to yo ur hearing. To guard
against t his, set your volum e to a safe level before you r hearing adapt s
and leave it t here.
To establish a saf e volume level:
Set your volu me control at a low set ting. •
Slowly incr ease the sound un til you can hear it comfo rtably and cl early, •
without distortion.
Listen for re asonable periods o f time:
