5.3.6Video Loss Action

Upon video loss to any input, the corresponding camera image on the MON-A display is automatically frozen, and a video loss warning message, "VDL" is displayed on the corresponding quadrant as well as on the associated MON-B monitor display. If the MON-A monitor is sequencing at the time that the video loss occurs, the frozen image will be discarded when the monitor switches to a new sequence

page. When that camera quadrant is next sequenced it will display a blank image with the video loss warning message. Sequence lists are not automatically changed as a result of video loss. Cameras with video loss can still be selected for display on the MON-B monitor screen, which will be blanked while that video loss input is selected, but will still display the camera title, time/date and other status text.
