Entering PIN code for Bluetoothwireless connection
Toconnect your cellular phone to this unit via
Bluetoothwireless technology, you need to
enterPIN code on your phone to verify the
connection.The default code is 0000, but you
canchange this in this function.
!Withsome Bluetooth audio players, you
maybe required to enter the Bluetooth
audioplayer PIN code in advance to set
thisunit for a connection.
!Youcan only operate this function when
Bluetoothadapter (e.g. CD-BTB200) is con-
nectedto this unit.
1 TouchNEXT on the initial menu.
2 TouchPINCODE INPUT.
PINcode input display appears.
3 Touch0 to 9 to input the PIN code of
yourBluetooth audio player.
#Tocancel the inputted numbers, touch C.
4 Afterinputting PIN code (up to 16 di-
gits),touch ENTER.
ThePIN code you entered is stored in this sys-
tem.
Correcting distorted sound
Youcan minimize distortion that may be
causedby the equalizer curve settings.
Settingan equalizer level high can cause dis-
tortion.If high sound is crippled ordistorted,
tryswitching to LOW. Normally, leave the set-
tingat HIGH to ensure quality sound.
!Onlywhen the multi-channel processor
(e.g.,DEQ-P8000) is connected to this unit,
youcan operate this function.

2 TouchDIGITAL ATTto switch the digital
attenuatorsetting.
TouchDIGITAL ATTrepeatedly until the de-
siredsetting appears in the display.

Resetting the audio functions
Youcan reset all audio functions except vo-
lume.
