Before you watch the TV, perform the following procedure.

For viewing DTV broadcasts, the SH-D09 digital tuner (sold separately) is necessary.

For connecting the digital tuner, see page 78.

Turn on the MAIN POWER switch.

When the MAIN POWER is on, the red STANDBY/ ON indicator lights up. In this state, the POWER STANDBY/ON button or the POWER button of the remote control unit can be used to turn on and off the Monitor.
