•The noise-canceller function is designed to reduce noise primarily in the low-frequency range, and is not effective at reducing high-frequency noise.

•If the earphone tips do not correctly match the size and contours of your ears, excessive sound may escape, or you may sense insufficient bass sound, and the effect of the noise-canceling function may be reduced. Always select and use the earphone tips that best match the size of your ears.

•If the earphones’ microphone is covered with your hand or other object, feedback may be caused, resulting in a “howling” sound. In this case, remove your hand or other obstruction from the microphone.
