1 Incorrect installation of audio cable.

1 Install the audio cable correctly.

2 Did not select PIP sound (PC sound was selected).
Solution○
2 Select [PIP] in [PC/PIP] in OSD menu option [Sound].
About OSD Function
OSD means On Screen Display.
It provides the function of showing and adjusting the selected options on the screen.
In OSD menu, you can adjust the display size, position, brightness and contrast.
