Theamount of burnt calories during the training session.
AVERAGE
Youraverage heart rate of the training session
MAXIMUM
Yourmaximum heart rate of the training session
FAT BURN
Timespent in the fat burning zone
FITNESS
Timespent in the fitness improving zone

Review Training Data

Toreview your training data, select MENU >Data. Then select Trainingfiles ,Week summaries,Totals since
xx.xx.xx,Deletefiles or Reset totals.

Toreview your past training data, select MENU >Data >Trainingfiles . Then select the date and time you
want to view.
