RÉGLAGE DU SUBWOOFER

La fréquence de croisement du subwoofer intégré est fixe et optimalisée pour le CS1000p. Le niveau du subwoofer est réglé par la commande de volume à l’avant de l’en- ceinte (fig. 6).

LIMITES DE SÉCURITÉ D’OPÉRATION

Vos haut-parleurs Polk sont fabriqués avec des matériaux de la plus haute qualité pour vous assurer de longues années d’écoute sans problème. Il est toutefois possible que les haut-parleurs soient endommagés si un amplificateur, quelle que soit sa puissance, est poussé à des niveaux supérieurs à sa capacité d’amplification (en général au-delà des positions midi à 2 heures sur le contrôle de volume). Dans ce cas, l’amplificateur pro- duit une forte distorsion audible, ajoutant un son dur et grésillant à la musique. Contrairement à l’opinion populaire, un ampli ou un récepteur de faible puissance poussé au delà de ses capacités risque plus d’endom- mager vos haut-parleurs qu’un ampli ou récepteur de grande puissance.

SICHERE BEDIENUNGSGRENZEN

Ihre Polk Lautsprecher wurden mit den besten Materialien hergestellt, damit Sie über viele Jahre problemlos funktionieren. Schaden an Ihren Lautsprechern kann jedoch entstehen wenn ein Verstärker, ganz gleich welcher Wattzahl höher spielen muss als seine Leistung klar produzieren kann (meist weiter als die 1 bis 2 Uhr-Einstellung auf der Lautstärke-Kontrolle). Dadurch entstehen hohe hörbare Verzerrungen, die beim Verstärker beginnen, wodurch die Musik einen harschen, kratzigen Klang bekommt. Auch wenn es allgemein nicht geglaubt wird, so wird ein Lautsprecher eher beschädigt, wenn man zu viel Volumen aus einem Verstärker oder Empfänger mit niedriger Leistung bekommen möchte, als von einem mit hoher Leistung.
