Connecting to Polycom Halo 1.0 Upgraded Rooms
If you are unable to connect to your meeting:
Make sure you have selected the correct Polycom Halo 1.0 UHR from the
Directory, then try the call again (point to point).
Make sure you have selected the appropriate meeting room from the
Directory and that all meeting participants are connected to the same
meeting room (multipoint).
To find out if the problem exists in your Halo 1.0 UHR suggest that the far
site connect to your Halo 1.0 UHR instead.

issues you may encounter while using your Polycom Halo 1.0 Upgraded
