With a simple press of a button on your Polycom Touch Control or a phone call, you're connected to the concierge for a quick solution to your problem. The concierge is an expert on the Polycom Halo system and can operate your Polycom Halo system remotely or answer your questions.

•A phone number where you can be reached

•A brief description of your problem

•The action you were trying to take when you experienced the problem, including the number of the meeting rooms you were trying to join, and the room names or numbers of other participants you were trying to connect with (as applicable)

•Any steps you have already taken to resolve the issue, as well as any additional anomalies
