10Define the following supported parameters:

Field/Option	Description
Speaker Change	Select the amount of time a participant must speak continuously
Threshold (Sec)	before becoming the speaker. The possible values are:
	• Auto (Default, 3 seconds)
	•	1.5 seconds
	•	3 seconds
	•	5 seconds

11Click the IVR tab.

The New Profile - IVR dialog box is displayed.
