Transferring a Call
Depending on the IP Telephony system you are using with the SoundStation IP 3000, you may or may not have Call Transfer capability. If it is available,
1While on a call, press the Transfer soft key. This places the call on hold.
2Dial the number to which you want to transfer the call.
3When you hear ringing, press the Transfer soft key again.
To cancel the transfer (e.g., if the line is busy or there is no answer), press the Resume soft key to return to the original call.
Muting a Call
While on a call, press the Mute key. (Your call status LED’s blink red, and a Mute icon appears on the LCD.)
To turn off Mute, press the Mute key again.

Entering the Phone Book
Press the Ph Book soft key.
If your current screen does not have a Ph Book soft key:
1Press the Menu key.
2Press the Up or Down scroll key to highlight Phone Book.
3Press the Select key.
