Assembling the Treadmill 21

3.Secure the right-hand upright support to the side bracket using four socket head screws, four black washers, and two locknuts. Partially tighten the fasteners.

4.Using the fabric connectors provided, attach the power supply to the right-hand side of the front crossmember on the treadmill base. (The gray rectangle in the following illustration shows where you should mount the power supply.)

5.Route the DC output cable of the power supply through the clips between the power supply and the belt motor. Pass the end of the cable under the mounting bracket for the lift motor.

6.Connect the black three-conductor plug on the AC wiring harness to the socket on the power supply.
