Your Model 994 blender is designed for blending, mixing, whipping, and chopping mixtures that are rich in liquids, such as sauces, soups, thickening, pastry mixtures, salad dressings, herb oils, aromatic butter, mayonnaise, desserts, etc. The blender will puree foods rich in liquid such as canned and cooked vegetables, fruits, and combination foods. The blender will process up to one gallon of product.
