HOW TO ADJUST THE PEDAL STRAPS

For effective exer-

cise, the seat should be in the proper position. As you pedal, there should be a slight

bend in your knees when you extend the pedals all the

way forward. To adjust the seat, push the seat lever down, slide the seat

forward or backward, and then firmly pull the seat lever up.

To adjust the pedal straps, first pull the ends of the straps off the tabs on the pedals. Adjust the straps to the desired position, and then press the ends of the straps back onto the tabs.
