Owner’s Reference GCA Power Amplifier Series

If the GCC Series Power Amplifi er shuts off when playing music, there are several possibilities. If the music plays quite loudly but shuts off on the most explosive parts of the music of video soundtrack, then the GCC Series Power Amplifi er is probably underrated for the type of speaker you are using. See your dealer or call PS Audio for advice on going to the next size GCC Series Power Amplifi er in the series.

If the amplifi er shuts down with very little volume, then check the speaker cable connections. The GCC Series Power Amplifi er is so powerful that it can actually play music at low levels even into a near short on its outputs. Chances are good that you have a shorted connector (plus touching the minus) and you should simply check carefully on the back of the speaker and the back of the amplifi er.
