Note

Setting the SW1 and SW2 switches to CONNECTED is valid for coaxial cables only.

When using 4-wire connection, set these switches to FLOATING.

Slide the PCB interior back into the case.

Screw in the two rear panel screws to secure the PCB in the case.

Now you can proceed with the line, DTE and power connections as described below.
