Use REDIAL/PAUSE to enter a pause
in the dialing sequence. The display
shows a ¨PP
PP¨. Each pause counts as
one digit and represents a two
second delay of time between the
digits. Ô
Use DELETE/CH to delete digits as
needed.
8. Press MEM or SELECT. You will hear a
confirmation tone. Memory storage is
complete. For example, if you store a
name and number into memory
location number 01, the display shows

After about two seconds, the Select
Memory screen is displayed.
Repeat steps 2 - 8 to store more
numbers.
9. Press END to retur n to the standby
mode.

AND SPECIAL CHARACTERS

Refer to the letters on the number keys to
select the desired characters.
With each press of a numeric key, the
displayed character appears in the following
order: Upper case letters first, lower case
letters next and finally the number
corresponding to the key.

The pause feature is useful
for long distance calling,
credit card dialing, or
sequences that require a
pause between digits.
