USING SNOOZE

To temporarily silence the alarm for five
minutes, press SNOOZE/light.¦appears.
Afterabout five minutes, the alarm sounds for
oneminute then automatically turns off. This
cycleis repeated four times. You may
temporarilysilence the alarm during the
snoozecycle by pressing any key (except
SNOOZE/light).
Tocancel the snooze function while the
alarmsounds, press °/ON OFF twice. ¦and
ïdisappear.To cancel the snooze function
beforethe next snooze cycle begins, press
°/ONOFF on ce. ¦and ïdisappear.Ô

RESETTING THE

CLOCK

Ifthe clock displays segmented digits, does
not work properly, or locks up, you can reset
theclock. Open the back cover and use a
pointedobject, such as a straightened paper
clip,to press RESET . The clock beeps once.
Resetthe date and time.

REPLACING THE

BATTERY

Your clock comes with two CR 2032 lithium
batteriesfor power. One battery is to power
thelight, and the other is to power the clock.
Whenthe display dims, or the clock stops
workingproperly, replace the batteries.
Batteriesare available at your local
RadioShack store or online at
www.radioshack.com. ��
1. Open the back cover.
2. Use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen the
screw from the battery compartment
cover.Then remove the cover.
3. Use a screwdriver to gently remove the
twobatteries from the battery holders.
4. Insert two new batteries into the battery
holderswith their positive (+) side up.
5. Replace the cover and secure it with the
screw. o
