Your RadioShack DX-350 is a 12-Band Portable Receiver for AM

(MW), FM, long wave and worldwide shortwave broadcasts. Its

nine shortwave bands put the world at your fingertips, w ith interna-

tional broadcasts from Japan, Israel, England, Holland, Australia,

and other countri es around the globe.

Because the receiver is so light and compact, you can carry it with

you wherever you go. You can power it from any of three sources:

internal batteries, st andard AC, or vehi cle battery power. To get the

most enjoyment from your receiver, take a few minutes to com-

pletely read thi s ma nual befor e using the DX-350.

Your receiver might cause radio or TV interference, even when it i s

operating properly. To determine whether or not your receiver is

causing the interference, turn off your receiver. If the interference

goes away, your receiver is causing the interference. Try to elimi-

nate the int erferenc e by:

• Movi ng your receiver away from another receiver

• Con necting your receiver to an o utl et that is on a different elec-

tri cal circuit from the other r eceiver

• Con tacting your local RadioShack store for help

If you cannot eliminate the interference, the FCC requires that you

stop using your receiver.
