•If the caller hangs up or is silent for more than 7 seconds, or if the incoming message is less than 2 seconds in length, the TAD hangs up and resets to answer the next call, but does not record a mes- sage.
•If the TAD answers when the memory is full, it plays the mem- ory full announcement and beeps, waits 7 seconds for any remote operation commands (see “Using Remote Operation Commands”), then hangs up. The TAD cannot record additional messages until you delete at least some of the old ones (see “Deleting Messages”).
