Picture control adjustment
Picture controls are factory preset but you can adjust them individually:

5 After changing your desired setting press TV MENU until the MENU disappears
CANCEL
To return all settings to factory levels, press CANCEL while you’re in the PICTURE menu.
NOTE:
The CONTRAST default setting is set to maximum at the factory.
