5.Rotate the menu PUSH dial to highlight the date/time display you want to record
•AUTO DATE: The date is auto- matically recorded for approxi- mately five seconds and then AUTO DATE is displayed whenever:
•The date is set or changed.
•This display mode is selected.
•The tape is changed or the tape compartment opened.
•This display is selected when- ever the POWER switch is set to
CAMERA AUTO.
•DATE Display: The date is displayed and recorded.
•TIME: The time is displayed and recorded.
•DATE/TIME Display: The date and time are displayed and recorded.
•OFF: No display is displayed or recorded.
6.Press the select PUSH dial in to select the date/time display you want to record.
7.Press the menu PUSH dial in to remove the menu from the viewfinder.
8.Press the thumb trigger to begin recording.
