Chapter 4: Basic Operation
Plug in the TV
Plug the end of the power cord into the back of the TV. Plug the other end into a grounded wall outlet. Insert the plug completely into the outlet. Do not plug into an outlet controlled by a light switch.
Turn on the TV
Turn on your TV by pressing the Power button on the front of the TV or
Channel Scan
This function automatically finds all channels available through the Antenna or Cable and stores them in memory on the channel list.
Channel Scans can only be performed using a Master remote.
Channel Selection
You can select a channel number with the CH + / CH - button or NUMBER buttons.
Volume Adjustment
Press the VOL+ / VOL- button to adjust the sound level.
Sound Mute
Press the MUTE button. The sound is switched off and the mute Icon appears.
To cancel mute mode, press the MUTE or VOL+ / VOL- button again.
