If you are using the camera for the first time, read this section.

Use to straighten a rectangular object, such as a message board or business card, shot at an angle to make it look as if it were shot squarely.

Skew Correct For detailed operations, see P.43. Mode

		In skew correction mode, choose from [N1280] or [N640] for [Pic Quality/
		Size]. (GP.69)
		Use when capturing text images, for example notes written on a
		whiteboard at a meeting. Images are captured in black and white.
		You can also change the shading of text. (GP.64)
Text Mode
		You can set the image size to either 3264 × 2448 or 2048 × 1536 pixels.

	Movie	Allows you to shoot movies with sound.

1 Switch the mode selector to

SCENE.

•The camera is ready to shoot and the selected scene mode is displayed at the top of the LCD monitor.

2 Press the MODE button to change the scene mode.

• The scene mode selection screen appears.
