9.1 Paso de vapor a café

•Para poder suministrar café es necesario pulsar el botón (20).

•En el paso del suministro de vapor a suministro de café, los pilotos luminosos (19) y (21) parpadean contemporáneamente indicando que la temperatu- ra de la máquina es elevada y que, por lo tanto, no puede suministrar café.

•Para poder suministrar café es necesario descargar el agua. Colocar un recipiente debajo del tubo de vapor (pannarello) (12) y girar el mando del vapor (14) en el sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj; esperar hasta que permanezca encendido sólo el piloto luminoso de temperatura lista (19) de forma fija. Posteriormente, cerrar el mando en el sentido de las agujas del reloj.

Limpieza general

•El mantenimiento y la limpieza pueden ser realiza- dos sólo cuando la máquina está fría y desconec- tada de la red eléctrica.

•No sumergir la máquina en el agua ni introducir sus componentes en el lavavajillas.

•No usar objetos puntiagudos o productos químicos agresivos (disolventes) para limpiar.

•Limpiar el pannarello cada vez que se utilice; extraer la parte exterior del mismo.

•Para una limpieza más completa mejor desmontar el pannarello del tubo de vapor.

Aflojar la abrazadera y extraer la parte interior del pannarello. Después de haberlo lavado con cuidado, volverlo a montar como se muestra en la figura.

(Fig.25) – Se aconseja limpiar diariamente el depósito del agua:

- Extraer el filtro presente en el interior del depó- sito y limpiarlo con agua corriente potable.

-Volver a colocar el filtro en su alojamiento presionándolo y girándolo ligeramente.

-Volver a llenar el depósito con agua potable fresca.

•Limpiar la máquina usando un paño humedecido con agua.

•No secar la máquina ni sus componentes usando un horno microondas o un horno convencional.

•(Fig.32) - Extraer la salida de café, tirando de ella hacia el exterior y lavarla con agua tibia. Tras lavar- la, volver a montarla en su alojamiento empujándola hasta el tope.

•(Fig.31-34)- Limpiar la zona de servicio; se acon- seja vaciar y limpiar cada día:

-el cajón de recogida de posos (8)

-la bandeja de goteo (10)

Lavar la parte exterior del pannarello con agua corriente.
