1 Rotate the Mode dial to .

2 Select a scene.

x Press [MENU] to select a scene. You

can select a desired scene.

3 Align your subject in the frame and half-

press [Shutter] to focus.

4 Press [Shutter] to take a photo.

If you have the camera set to Standby mode and

the Mode dial set to , you can directly select a

desired scene by pressing [Fn].

Using the Scene mode

Since an appropriate option is set in advance by the scene, the shot can be taken conveniently by

selecting a scene appropriate for the situation.
