Troubleshooting

Refer to the following chart if the air conditioner operates abnormally. This may save time and unnecessary expenses.

•Check if white powder has formed at the disk or tray. Buy a new purifier filter from the service center and change it. Clean the disk or tray on a regular basis. Especially, if there is white powder around the groove of disk gear, noise may be generated so clean it with soft brush.
